I will be providing some free food and drinks and I welcome you ALL to attend, we all have something to offer, for example Janice Townend owns her own ice company and provides us with free ice, I provide free design services and free printing (when I can). Christine Swan has a relationship with Dunkin Donuts and provides us with a discount for the donuts we sell on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We don't expect everyone to be able to come up with these types of arrangements but I'm sure that if we put our heads together, we can come up with some great ideas to save us some money in the budget and raise some funds for our band.
For example, we might have someone in our organization that works at Publix or Albertsons and can get us a discount on the supplies we'll need for our spaghetti dinner. Another example would be someone to call on rental car companies and see if we can get donated rental cars for a scheduled trip.
With a little time invested, I'm sure that we can provide the Booster organization with the funds and resources it needs to grow and prosper over time.
