We need to ensure that all of our regularly scheduled “staffed” events such as Sunfest, The Pumpkin Sales, and the The Delray Affair are well run and well staffed.

Chairing simply means that you will keep track of the people staffing your event, as well as being there for setup and takedown. You will also be tasked with handling any “issues” which crop up during your event and you will interface directly with me on the day to day running of the your chosen affair. I will do everything I can to help you, and it’s a great way to get to know the kids and your fellow band parents.
By taking charge of an event you will be taking a real leadership role in the bands fundraising efforts, and you will have the chance to make a difference in all our children’s lives.
What follows is a list of the venues for the next year and their APPROXIMATE dates. If you feel like you could manage one of these events, please let me know as soon as possible so we can make sure that each project’s chair has all the information needed to do their job.
