CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Most recently the Creative Director for ToysRUs.com and Immersant/Bowne; I am experienced at handling just about any graphical task.

My passion for design began in 1987 when I worked for Phase II Marketing as an intern, I rapidly worked my way up in the field, from print jobs to animation jobs and then onto web design positions. Graduating in the top ten percent of my class from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale's Bachelors Program
in 1991.

I then went on to become a Jr. Art Director at IBM, in their Ergonomics/Usability Department, designing interface, icons, logos, packaging and publications, later branching off on my own to own several publishing and web development firms.

Later, I recieved expert certifications in Illustrator and Photoshop and taught design at several colleges including Fort Lauderdale College and The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

In 1999, I took an Art Director position at Norwest/Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where I handled their print and electronic media.

Then I moved to ToysRUs.com where I became the Creative Director for their web sites: toysrus.com and babysrus.com. Responsible for the look and feel for all site design (during the period I was there) I excelled in onscreen design and brand management.

I then took a Creative Director position with Immersant/Bowne where I accepted various projects such as Fleet Bank, Superior Bank, Cranium, and TRowe Price.
